These terms cover your use of iofold.com, the website of iofold labs (“iofold”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. Work we do for clients is governed by separate written agreements. Our open-source software is governed by the license in each project’s repository.

Using the site

The site describes our work and how to reach us. You agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or the contact form;
• send automated or bulk submissions through the form;
• impersonate someone else or misstate your affiliation.

Information on the site

The site is for general information and is not professional advice. Study results, figures and comparisons describe the specific tests and data named with them and are not a commitment about results on your work. We update the site without notice and do not guarantee that everything on it is complete or current.

The contact form

When you send the form, you confirm that the details are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. Do not send confidential information through the form; if the work involves sensitive data, we agree on confidentiality terms first. How we handle what you send is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Our content

The text, images, logo and design of the site belong to iofold labs or are used under license. You may link to the site and quote short passages with attribution. Do not reuse the logo or images, or present iofold as endorsing your product, without our written permission.

Open-source software

Our open-source projects are distributed under the licenses in their repositories. Those licenses, not these terms, govern your use of the software.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, iofold labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
